Title: Chick Pea & Basmati Rice Salad

3/4cCooked chick peas
1cCooked basmati rice
1/2 Red bell pepper, diced
1/2 Green bell pepper, diced
1/2 Yellow bell pepper, diced
4 Scallions, sliced
  Salt to taste -------VINAIGRETTE---------
2tsToasted sesame seeds
1tsSesame oil
1/4tsCumin
2tbLemon juice
1tbOlive oil
+++++tsSalt

Toss together chick peas, rice, bell peppers, scallions in a large bowl. Whisk together all the ingredients for the vinaigrette. toss with salad & season to taste.
